Role Description The Study Abroad Counsellor (Fresher) will work in a full-time, remote capacity, guiding prospective students through their study abroad planning and application process. Day-to-day responsibilities include counseling students on suitable countries, universities, and programs based on their academic background, interests, and budget.



The counsellor will explain admission requirements, documentation needs, and timelines, and provide basic guidance on standardized tests and English proficiency exams. The role involves maintaining regular communication via calls, emails, and online meetings, tracking student progress, and updating records in internal systems or CRM tools. The counsellor will collaborate with senior team members to coordinate application submissions, support scholarship and financial aid guidance, and ensure a positive, ethical, and student-centric experience throughout the process.
Qualifications
Solid communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills to counsel students and interact with families effectively.
Basic understanding of study abroad processes, including university shortlisting, application steps, and visa procedures (training will be provided).
