Role Description This full-time Video Technician role is an in office position based in Tiruvallur. The Video Technician will set up, operate, and maintain video production equipment for internal and external events, trainings, and meetings. Daily responsibilities include configuring and testing video conferencing systems, adjusting lighting, aligning projectors,



and ensuring optimal audio-visual quality throughout sessions. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues in real time, coordinating with event organizers, and preparing rooms or studios in advance to meet production standards. The Video Technician will also document setup procedures, maintain equipment inventories, and collaborate with IT and operations teams to support reliable, high-quality video experiences.
Qualifications
Ability to operate and manage Video Production equipment, including cameras, mixers, and recording tools.
Experience with Video Conferencing platforms and related hardware for meetings, webinars, and hybrid events.
Knowledge of Lighting setups for indoor environments, studios, and event spaces.
Skill in configuring and maintaining Projectors and display systems for presentations and live events.
