Role Description The Area Academics Head is responsible for overseeing academic implementation and performance across a defined region,



ensuring that Next Education’s curricula, learning solutions, and teaching practices are effectively adopted by partner schools. This full time, hybrid role is based in Bengaluru, with a mix of on-site school visits and office collaboration, along with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding school leadership and educators on curriculum planning, monitoring learning outcomes, and ensuring alignment with board guidelines and Next Education standards. The role involves conducting academic audits, organizing training and professional development sessions for teachers, and reviewing classroom practices to promote consistent quality. The Area Academics Head also collaborates with internal product, content, and support teams to provide feedback from the field, resolve academic challenges, and contribute to continuous improvement of Next Education’s solutions.
