Role Description The Business Development US Software Sales TOP 1% role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying recent business opportunities in the US market, building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, and driving revenue growth for iTester’s software solutions. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and lead generation, conducting market research, engaging with prospective clients through calls, emails,



and meetings, and preparing tailored proposals and presentations. The role also involves nurturing relationships with key decision-makers, collaborating with internal delivery and product teams to align solutions with client needs, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics. The successful candidate will represent iTester’s value proposition in a consultative, professional manner and provide ongoing feedback to improve sales strategies and offerings.
