Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Kanpur. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for identifying prospective customers, explaining home loan and related financial products, and guiding applicants through the end-to-end loan process. The role includes building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, resolving queries,



and ensuring a positive customer experience at every touchpoint. The Relationship Manager will collaborate with branch staff and other internal teams to ensure timely documentation, credit assessment follow-up, and loan disbursal. The position also involves meeting sales and service targets, conducting local market visits, and promoting ICICI HFC offerings within the community.
Qualifications
Strong sales and customer relationship skills, including the ability to identify prospects, build trust, and maintain long-term client engagement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to explain financial products clearly and handle customer queries with empathy and professionalism.
Basic understanding of retail banking or housing finance products such as home loans, fixed deposits, and loans against property.
Comfort with fieldwork and local market visits, with solid networking skills
