Role Description The Store Manager – Luxury Retail (Mumbai) is responsible for leading daily store operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and maintaining high visual and service standards. This full time, on-site role in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region includes overseeing staff scheduling, performance, and training, as well as driving sales and monitoring key performance indicators. The Store Manager will manage inventory, address stock discrepancies, implement retail loss prevention measures,



and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. The role also involves handling customer queries and escalations, coordinating with head office on promotions and merchandising, and maintaining the overall appearance and efficiency of the store.
Qualifications
Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to build long-term relationships with luxury clients.
Store Management experience, including team supervision, daily operations oversight, and familiarity with retail processes and reporting.
Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with customers, team members, and management.
Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices, including monitoring shrinkage, enforcing procedures, and promoting a culture of accountability.
Experience in luxury or premium retail environments, with an understanding of design
