Job Summary

This is a criteria-based leadership opportunity for individuals who aspire to build a successful career in Sales, Business Development, Financial Services, Insurance, and Team Management. As a Unit Manager, you will recruit, train, mentor, and lead a team of Financial Advisors while driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Recruit, develop, and manage a team of Financial Advisors.
* Drive sales growth through customer acquisition and relationship management.
* Identify new business opportunities and generate quality leads.




* Coach and mentor advisors to achieve individual and team sales targets.
* Build long-term customer relationships by offering suitable financial protection and wealth solutions.
* Conduct sales presentations, client meetings, and business development activities.
* Monitor team performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
* Contribute to branch growth through effective leadership and strategic planning.

Eligibility Criteria

* Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BBM, BA, B.Sc. or equivalent).
* Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
* Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Passion for sales, people management, and growth opportunities.
* Willingness to work in and around Thalassery.
