Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Punjab, India. This role involves managing and growing a portfolio of customers by understanding their insurance needs, recommending suitable products, and providing end-to-end support throughout the policy lifecycle. Day-to-day activities include meeting clients in person, following up on leads, explaining product features and benefits,



supporting proposal and documentation processes, and coordinating with internal teams for underwriting and claim-related queries. The Relationship Manager is also responsible for maintaining accurate records in internal systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company guidelines, and achieving assigned sales and service targets. The role requires building long-term relationships, delivering prompt service, and representing the organization professionally in all customer interactions.
