Role Description The Field Services Engineer role is a full-time,



in office position based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for installing, commissioning, and servicing Miven Mayfran conveyor and coolant management systems at customer locations. Day-to-day tasks include performing equipment diagnostics, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, executing preventive maintenance, and providing technical support to ensure optimal system performance. The Field Services Engineer will interact directly with customers to understand their operational challenges, offer practical solutions, train operators and maintenance personnel, and maintain accurate service documentation and reports. The role also involves coordinating with internal engineering, production, and spare parts teams to resolve complex field issues and support continuous improvement in reliability and customer satisfaction.
