Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Product Business Development professional focused on the US and Canada markets. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and promoting iTester’s product and solution portfolio to prospects in North America. The individual will conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and develop business plans and go-to-market strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Daily responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying leads,



preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with product, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure client requirements are understood and met. The role also includes maintaining accurate sales forecasts, reporting on pipeline status, and continuously improving sales processes and client engagement strategies.
Qualifications
Strong new business development and sales skills, with experience generating and closing opportunities in international markets (US and Canada preferred).
Solid analytical skills and business planning capabilities to assess market potential, segment customers, and build data-driven growth strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging prospects, presenting solutions, negotiating agreements, and collaborating with internal teams.
