Role Description This is a full time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Bengaluru. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and partners,



and support the expansion of One Window’s overseas education services. Daily responsibilities include lead generation, prospecting, conducting meetings and presentations, and managing follow-ups to convert leads into long-term partnerships. The role also involves collaborating with counseling and marketing teams to align business development activities with student recruitment goals, maintaining accurate records of accounts and interactions, and providing regular reports on performance and market trends. The Executive is expected to represent the organization professionally, uphold student-centric values, and contribute to revenue growth and brand visibility.
