? What You’ll Do

Identify and research potential clients for software-development services
Generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, cold email, cold calling, networking, referrals, and other channels
Identify and connect with key decision-makers such as Founders, CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, Product Managers, and IT Heads
Understand client business needs and technology challenges
Introduce VarChar Solutions’ services and capabilities
Qualify leads and convert them into genuine business opportunities
Schedule and participate in client meetings
Follow up consistently throughout the sales cycle
Coordinate with our technical team for requirements, estimates, and proposals
Assist in proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing




Maintain and update CRM with sales activities and opportunities
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Develop long-term client relationships
Achieve monthly and quarterly business-development targets

?‍? What We’re Looking For

1–2 years of experience in Business Development, IT Sales, Software Sales, or B2B Sales
Experience in selling IT services or software solutions will be an advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good presentation and negotiation skills
Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting
Basic understanding of software-development services
Ability to research companies and identify potential opportunities
Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills
Basic knowledge of CRM and sales tools
Quick learner with a genuine interest in technology
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented
