Job Summary
We are seeking a high-calibre Business Development Intern for one of our co-working spaces clients to drive revenue by acquiring new corporate clients, handling, and selling versatile workspace solutions like private offices, hot desks, and meeting rooms. A Business Development Intern will focus on lead generation, cold calling, site tours, and relationship management to meet monthly sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Must Have Skills
● Confident in outreach, networking, and relationship building
● Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication
● Sales & Negotiation: Ability to pitch, persuade, and convert leads into business.
● Lead Generation & Management: Experience or interest in identifying potential leads via cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach.
● Goal-Oriented:



Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
● Basic understanding of sales or business development processes
● Research-driven mindset with good analytical ability
● Presentation and negotiation skills
● Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
● Comfortable with MS Office / Google Workspace
