Position: Interior Design Intern - Township Projects

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Interior Design Intern who is keen to gain hands-on exposure to large-scale township and residential projects and wants to build a career in end-to-end project design and execution.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who wants to go beyond basic design work and understand how a project moves from concept and detailed drawings to site execution and completion.

What You Will Get Exposure To

* Space planning and interior design development
* Preparation and coordination of detailed working drawings
* Architectural, interior and construction detailing
* Furniture layouts, partition details, ceiling plans and elevations
* Flooring, wall and finish details
* Toilet and wet-area detailing
* Door, window and joinery details
* Coordination of MEP and other consultant drawings
* BOQ,



quantity understanding and material specifications
* Site measurements and site coordination
* Understanding drawings in relation to actual site conditions
* Vendor and contractor coordination
* Material selection and execution details
* Site inspections and quality checks
* Understanding the complete workflow from design → drawings → coordination → execution → handover

Key Requirement – Detailed Drawing Skills

The candidate must have a solid understanding of detailed drawing creation and should be comfortable developing drawings that can actually be used for execution.

You should have good knowledge of:

* AutoCAD
* Detailed plans, elevations and sections
* Construction and joinery details
* Dimensioning and annotations
* Furniture and interior detailing
* Ceiling and flooring layouts
* Toilet details and plumbing point coordination
* Drawing standards and presentation
* Reading and understanding archi
