Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area for a Finance Executive with front desk experience. The role involves managing daily financial tasks such as preparing and reviewing financial statements, assisting with financial reporting, and supporting GST-related documentation and compliance of the Organisation. The Finance Executive will handle front desk responsibilities, including welcoming visitors, managing phone calls, coordinating appointments, and maintaining basic administrative records.



The position also requires monitoring payments and receipts, supporting internal audits, and providing accurate information to management. The selected candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and deliver skilled customer-facing service.
Qualifications
Testable foundation in Finance with experience in preparing and interpreting Financial Statements.
Proficiency in Financial Reporting and related documentation practices.
Knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST), including basic compliance and record-keeping.
Analytical Skills for reviewing data, identifying trends, and supporting decision-making.
Prior front desk or reception experience, including visitor management and phone handling.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a courteous and professional demeanor.
Proficiency in office software (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, email) and basic data entry.
