Role Description This role oversees the end-to-end content strategy for Speakify Academy, including planning, developing and executing educational and marketing content across multiple formats and channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading a content team, setting content calendars, reviewing and refining learning materials and ensuring consistency in tone, quality and brand messaging. The Head of Content Creation collaborates closely with academic, marketing and operations teams to align content with curricula, learner needs and business objectives. The role also involves analyzing content performance, implementing improvements based on feedback and data and maintaining documentation and standards for all content initiatives.

Qualifications
Robust skills in content strategy, curriculum or instructional design, and educational content development.
Proficiency in written communication,



copywriting and editing for both academic and marketing purposes.
Experience leading content teams, managing workflows and coordinating cross-functional projects.
Ability to use basic content and design tools (e.g., word processors, presentation software and collaborative platforms) and interpret content performance metrics.
Prior experience in education, training or edtech with a focus on communication or language skills, is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Education, Journalism, Media, or a related field, advanced qualifications are an advantage.
Demonstrated ability to work on-site, engage with learners and staff, and adapt content based on classroom and program feedback.
