Purpose Of The Position

The position is responsible for managing end to end employee life cycle, Onboarding for respective functions allocated. This role is responsible for Talent acquisition and onboarding, Talent management- succession planning, performance management cycle, Hello success, Darwin box etc. The role will also manage and drive employee engagement/ retention initiatives relevant to business stakeholders. The position will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business stakeholder. The position holder will act as a SPOC for respective business

Responsible for manpower planning process along with business.
Identify the function / department – wise manpower needs based on the Company’s planning rounds,



Company structure, productivity analysis and business imperatives.

Employee Engagement & Employee Experience

Understand employee engagement requirements and bench marking to conceptualize & drive various initiatives for employee engagement activities
Connecting and counselling of employees through continuous dialogues
Organizing and executing of current engagement activities across organization like sports tournament, festival celebration, meeting with HOD etc
Coordination during Stimmungs barometer and supporting in preparation and reviewing action plan for the same and implement for parameter improvement
Responsible to drive existing R&R; activities in the plant like applause, long service award and director’s choice award. Benchmark and find opportunities to recognize employee values, behaviors, achievements etc.
