Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid Client Services Representative role based in Mumbai, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Client Services Representative will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communication,



responding to inquiries, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal teams. The role includes handling client onboarding, tracking project status, collecting feedback, and supporting the delivery of AI-focused marketing and Reddit campaigns. The representative will monitor client satisfaction, promptly address concerns, and escalate issues when needed to maintain strong relationships and high service standards. They will also assist with basic financial tracking such as invoicing coordination, maintaining records, and providing regular reports on account performance and client outcomes.

Qualifications
Solid Client Services and Customer Service skills, with experience managing client relationships and expectations.
Excellent Communication abilities, including clear written and verbal communication and active listening.
Focus on Customer Satisfaction, with a track record of resolving issues
