Job Description
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow SPM Lead with solid hands-on experience in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) implementation, configuration, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) implementation and enhancement projects.
Minimum 5+ years of relevant SPM experience is mandatory.
Configure and implement SPM modules based on business requirements.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand portfolio, project, and demand management requirements.
Lead requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Provide technical and functional guidance to the SPM team.
Ensure successful integration of SPM with other ServiceNow modules and enterprise applications.
Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing production support.
Prepare technical/functional documentation and ensure best practices are followed.
