Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Lucknow. The Video Editor will capture, edit, and produce video content that showcases Pathsarthee Foundation’s programs, student journeys, and community impact. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing raw footage,



assembling story-driven edits, applying color grading and sound enhancements, and creating motion graphics or simple visual elements to support educational content. The role involves collaborating with program teams to understand learning objectives, developing engaging videos for social media and internal use, and maintaining an organized archive of media assets. The Video Editor will also support content planning, participate in ideation for campaigns, and ensure all outputs align with the organization’s mission and brand guidelines.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, including handling cameras, audio, and assembling coherent visual narratives.
