Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Vice President HRD. The role involves leading the overall human resources development strategy, including workforce planning, talent management, and leadership development across the group companies.



The Vice President HRD will design and implement HR policies, oversee employee engagement and relations, and ensure competitive and compliant employee benefits programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing HR operations, optimizing HRIS and other HR technologies, collaborating with business leaders on organizational design and culture initiatives, and ensuring alignment of HR practices with business goals. The role requires working closely with senior management to drive change management, performance management systems, and long-term people development initiatives.
Qualifications
