Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Hyderabad. The Sales Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities in the residential, commercial, and hydraulic elevator segments, including lead generation, prospecting, and client outreach. The role involves conducting client meetings and site visits, presenting product features and technical specifications, preparing proposals and quotations,



and negotiating terms within company guidelines. The Sales Executive will collaborate with engineering and installation teams to ensure accurate project scoping, timely delivery, and high customer satisfaction. Regular reporting on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends, as well as participation in promotional events and industry networking, will be key parts of the day-to-day responsibilities.
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B or technical sales, preferably in elevators, construction, real estate, or related engineering products.
Robust skills in lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals, with the ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet defined targets.
Ability to understand and communicate technical product details, specifications, and customized solutions to diverse stakeholders.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a customer-focused and consultative approach.
