As a Service Now Architect, you will serve as the technical authority and strategic advisor for enterprise-wide Service Now implementations. You will lead complex solution designs, architect transformative platforms, and provide expert guidance to cross-functional teams. This role requires deep technical expertise combined with business acumen to deliver exceptional value through the Service Now platform for our real estate customers. Certification as a Certified Master Architect (CMA) is highly desirable.
As an Architect you will be responsible for
Design and oversee enterprise-scale Service Now architectural solutions that align with business objectives and technology roadmaps; collaborate with project management, business analysts, and development teams to ensure successful solution delivery




Lead technical discovery sessions with stakeholders to translate business requirements into comprehensive solution architectures
Partner with business stakeholders, project managers, and vendor teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and provide technical expertise during client presentations.
Develop and maintain architectural standards, patterns, and governance frameworks for Service Now implementations
Design and oversee integrations between Service Now modules and other systems
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams throughout the solution lifecycle; act as the escalation point for complex technical challenges
Establish and enforce Service Now development standards, coding best practices, and change management procedures. Conduct technical reviews and provide guidance to development teams to ensure solution quality and mai
