Role Description This is a full time, on-site Digital Marketing Specialist role based in Karur. The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns across various digital channels to increase brand awareness, traffic, and conversions. Daily tasks include managing social media accounts, creating and scheduling content, monitoring campaign performance, and using web analytics tools to track key metrics. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals,



conducting competitor and market research, and suggesting data-backed improvements. The specialist will also engage with online audiences, respond to queries, and support promotional activities and seasonal campaigns.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience planning and executing campaigns.
Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including content scheduling, audience engagement, and platform-specific best practices.
Ability to use Web Analytics tools to measure performance, interpret data, and make optimization recommendations.
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with teams and engage with customers.
Familiarity with SEO, basic content creation, and email marketing is beneficial.
