Role Description This is a full-time, in office Human Resources Manager role based in Kochi. The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement for the cooperative’s diverse teams.



Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and cooperative regulations, and maintaining accurate HR records and documentation. The role involves managing compensation and benefits, coordinating training and development programs, and supporting leadership with workforce planning and organizational development. The Human Resources Manager will also serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture aligned with the mission of Janani Mithra Co-operative.
