Hope Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is the Value-Added Distributor of SketchUp in India and SAARC, responsible for driving the brand's business growth, channel development and market expansion across India and SAARC region.
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Business Head – SketchUp to take complete end-to-end ownership of the SketchUp business across India and SAARC.
The role will be responsible for business strategy, P&L;, revenue growth, channel network management, sales, customer success, market development, team leadership, and strategic relationship management with SketchUp/Trimble Team.
The ideal candidate should be a strong business leader with proven experience in managing technology/software businesses and building high-performing channel ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
Business Leadership
Own the overall SketchUp business strategy, revenue,



profitability, and P&L; for India and SAARC.
Develop annual and quarterly business plans and drive achievement of revenue and growth targets.
Identify new markets, customer segments, and business opportunities to accelerate growth.
Monitor business performance, forecasts, and KPIs and take corrective actions where required.
Channel & Partner Management
Own and develop the complete SketchUp channel network across India and SAARC.
Recruit, onboard, enable, and grow new and existing channel partners.
Develop partner business plans, targets, incentives, and performance programs.
Improve partner productivity, market coverage, and revenue contribution.
Build robust strategic relationships with key partners.
Sales & Market Development
Lead the overall sales strategy across direct, channel, enterprise, and strategic accounts.
Drive new customer acquisition, renewals, upselling, and seat expansion.
