Requirement: SAP S/4HANA Project Manager
Exp:12+ Years
Location: Pune, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru,(Bangalore), Chennai, or Kolkata (WFO)
Max NP: Serving within 30days

India-based delivery management across functional, technical,data, integration, testing, and deployment teams

Required Experience and Skills
Mandatory
•
12-18+ years of SAP delivery experience, including substantial project-management responsibility.
•
Proven management of offshore delivery for at least two large SAP S/4HANA implementations, preferably including Greenfield, Global Template, and country rollout delivery.
•
Strong understanding of SAP Activate, Fit-to-Standard, Clean Core, Global Template governance,



configuration, WRICEF / RICEFW, integration, data migration, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
•
Experience managing multidisciplinary SAP functional, technical, data, testing, security, development, and infrastructure teams.
•
Strong capability in integrated planning, estimation, scope control, resource management, quality management, RAID, dependency management, defect management, and executive reporting.
•
Ability to interpret complex delivery information, identify risks early, structure options, make recommendations, and drive decisions and closure.
•
Strong leadership, facilitation, negotiation, conflict-resolution, written communication, and presentation skills.
•
Qualified fluency in English and willingness to work from one of the listed TCS India offices, including collaboration across India, Europe, and Spain hours as required by the approved project plan.
