Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi for Counsellor – Profile Building, Senior Counsellor – Profile Building, Senior Counsellor – Life Skills, and Manager – Life Skills (5–6 years experience).



The role involves working closely with students and families to understand academic interests, strengths, and long-term goals, and to design individualized plans for academic profile building and holistic development. Responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, guiding students on co-curricular and extracurricular choices, mentoring them on life skills such as communication, time management, and decision-making, and tracking their progress over time. Team members will collaborate to develop and refine counseling frameworks, maintain accurate student records, and contribute to workshops or small-group sessions on profile building and life skills. The Manager – Life Skills role additionally includes overseeing program delivery, mentoring junior counselors, coordinating with leadership, and ensuring consistent quality and impact across all life skills initiatives.
