The Role
We are looking for an energetic and entrepreneurial Campus Recruitment Head to build and lead TasteofMoM’s campus hiring network across India. The person will be responsible for creating strong relationships with colleges, universities, Placement Cells, TPOs and student communities while building a high-quality talent pipeline for internships, Management Trainee programs, PPOs and full-time hiring.

Key Responsibilities
Build and execute TasteofMoM’s Pan-India Campus Recruitment Strategy.
Develop relationships with TPOs, Placement Cells, Colleges and Universities.
Drive hiring across MBA/PGDM, Engineering and Undergraduate campuses.
Manage Internship, Live Projects, Management Trainee and Full time Hiring programs.
Lead high-volume and campus recruitment drives.




Build employer branding and campus engagement initiatives.
Organize campus events, webinars, career sessions and hiring campaigns.
Manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Build a strong future talent pipeline and campus database.
Create recruitment trackers, MIS, dashboards and hiring processes.
Build and lead the Campus Recruitment team as the organization grows.
Preferred Candidate Profile
10-12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Campus Recruitment.
Strong experience in Campus Hiring, Graduate Hiring or Bulk Recruitment.
Excellent network with Placement Cells and TPOs.
Experience in D2C, FMCG, E-commerce, Consumer Brands, Retail, Startups, Staffing or RPO preferred.
Strong communication, relationship-building and leadership skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build systems from scratch.
