Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Assistant at Justdial. The Sales Assistant will support the sales team in managing leads, following up with prospective and existing clients, and providing information about Justdial’s services and JD Omni solutions. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries,



maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales activities, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of requests, and assisting in preparing basic sales reports and documentation. The role also involves promoting relevant services, arranging virtual meetings or demos, and contributing to a positive customer experience through professional and responsive communication.
