The Senior Finance Manager is a full time, on-site role based in the Pune Division, responsible for leading financial planning, analysis, and control activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing budgeting and forecasting cycles, monitoring cash flow, preparing and reviewing financial statements and management reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements. The role oversees financial operations, including cost control, revenue tracking, and financial risk management, while partnering with leadership to support strategic initiatives,



investments, and long-term growth plans. The Senior Finance Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build financial models, analyze business performance, optimize resource allocation, and implement robust internal controls. This position also involves mentoring finance team members, improving processes and systems, and supporting audits and stakeholder reporting.
