This Is Not a Strategy Job
You are not here to build decks or sit in planning calls.
You are here to build outbound systems that generate real pipeline, write sequences that people actually respond to, and move leads from cold to closed through deliberate, well-timed nurturing.
You have done this before. You know what a system that does not leak looks like because you built one.

What You Will Own

Outbound Infrastructure
Set up and manage the full outbound stack. Domains, warmup, deliverability, tooling. You know how to make sure emails land in inboxes and not spam folders, and you maintain it properly.

Lead Generation and List Building




Build targeted lead lists using tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator. You know how to find the right person at the right company and you know what a quality lead looks like before it goes into a sequence.

Multichannel Outbound Sequences
Write and launch outbound sequences across email, LinkedIn, SMS, and cold calling in a coordinated flow, not isolated blasts. You test subject lines, opening hooks, CTAs, and follow-up timing across every channel. You iterate based on what the data tells you.
You also know how to work with signals. Job changes, funding announcements, hiring spikes, tech stack changes, website visits, social engagement, and intent data triggers. You use these signals to prioritise who to reach out to, when to reach out, and what angle to lead with. Your outreach is timely and relevant because it is triggered by what the prospect is actually doing, not just because they are on a list.
