Role Description This full-time, in office Customer Service Representative role is based in Jaipur. The Customer Service Representative will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels, providing timely and accurate information about orders,



products, and services. Responsibilities include resolving customer queries and complaints, tracking orders and returns, processing account updates, and documenting interactions in CRM systems. The role involves maintaining service quality standards, supporting customer retention initiatives, and collaborating with internal teams such as logistics, sales, and technical support to ensure smooth resolution of issues. The Customer Service Representative will be expected to maintain a customer-centric approach, contribute to continuous improvement of processes, and uphold VGL’s “Delivering Joy” promise in every interaction.
