Role Description The Senior Travel Consultant role is a full time, on-site position based in Siliguri. In this role, the consultant will design customized itineraries, manage travel packages,



and provide expert advice on destinations across Clubside’s operating regions. Daily responsibilities include handling inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating reservations for transport and accommodation, and ensuring smooth execution of travel arrangements. The consultant will interact closely with customers to understand their preferences, provide proactive support before and during trips, and resolve any issues that arise. Collaboration with internal teams and external partners is required to maintain service quality, optimize travel operations, and uphold Clubside’s reputation for exceptional travel experiences.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Travel Consulting, with the ability to design and recommend tailored itineraries and destination experiences.
