Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Wealth Management Business Development role based in Mumbai.
The role involves identifying and engaging prospective clients, presenting wealth management solutions, and building long-term relationships with individuals and families seeking personal CFO-style services.
The team member will assess client financial needs, coordinate with internal specialists to design appropriate financial plans, and communicate investment and insurance options clearly.
Daily responsibilities include networking, conducting client meetings, preparing proposals, tracking leads and conversions,



and maintaining accurate records in CRM or similar tools.
The role also includes staying updated on financial markets, regulatory developments, and product offerings to provide informed guidance and support business growth.

Qualifications
Strong Business Development and Client Servicing Mindset
Candidates should possess strong skills in Financial Planning and Finance to analyze client needs and create comprehensive personal finance strategies.
Relevant academic background such as a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA, NISM) are an advantage.
Proven experience in wealth management, financial advisory, or business development, with strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
