Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled CNC Programmer to develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs for machining operations while ensuring accuracy, quality, and production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs based on engineering drawings and specifications.
Develop CNC programs using G-code/M-code and appropriate programming software.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, and machining requirements.
Select suitable cutting tools, machining parameters, and tooling methods.
Set and modify machining parameters to achieve required dimensions and surface finish.
Requirements:
Diploma / ITI / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
Relevant experience in CNC programming and machining.
Solid knowledge of G-code, M-code, CNC controls, and machining processes.
Preferred Experience:
Experience with CNC turning/milling machines and multi-axis machining.
Knowledge of tooling, cutting speeds, feeds, and machining strategies.
Experience in program optimization and reducing machining cycle time.
