Role Description The Hub Manager role is a full time remote position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of PInterview’s interview practice hub. This includes coordinating mock interview schedules, managing communications between users and industry experts, and ensuring a smooth experience across all online interview formats.



The Hub Manager will monitor platform activity, track performance metrics, and implement process improvements to enhance user satisfaction and operational efficiency. The role also involves supporting marketing and outreach initiatives, maintaining documentation and reports, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to align hub operations with business objectives.
Qualifications
Operational and organizational skills, including experience in coordination, workflow management, and process improvement.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a focus on customer service and relationship building.
