Experience: 2+ years running Meta ads for a D2C brand, with ownership of ₹50L+ in monthly spend (US market experience a strong plus)

We make a tDCS wearable headset that targets the prefrontal cortex to improve focus, stress regulation, and mental performance in 20 minutes a day. We're a $2.8Mn funded, fast-moving team working at the frontier of consumer neurotechnology, and we're looking for someone who wants to help define what that category looks like to the world.

The Role
We're hiring a Performance Marketer to own paid marketing at Mave end to end, starting with Meta. This is not a role where you run campaigns someone else planned. You set the strategy, decide what creative gets made, control the budget, and own the numbers that come out the other side. You'll work directly with the founders, move quick, and have complete ownership of the paid vertical as it grows into every other channel.

What You'll Do




Meta Ads Ownership Own the account end to end: structure, budgets, bidding, audiences, scaling, and knowing when to kill something. You decide where the money goes.
Creative Direction Tell us what to shoot. You'll brief the content team, review cuts, and run a testing calendar that keeps a steady flow of new angles in market instead of waiting for creatives to land in a folder.
Performance & Reporting Own CAC, ROAS, and spend efficiency. Know your numbers cold, report them honestly every week, and explain exactly where growth is coming from.
Growth Month on Month Take the account 6x from where it is today. You'll set the targets with the founders and own both the wins and the misses.
Beyond Meta We're starting with Meta because that's where the volume is. Google, YouTube, and the rest of the paid stack follow.
