Compensation: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 / month (Fixed Base) + Uncapped Performance Incentives & Deal Commissions
About the Role
SoftNis is expanding its global footprint. We are looking for an energetic, results-driven Business Development Executive to drive top-of-funnel outbound sales, qualify international enterprise leads, and secure client presentations and sample data projects.

Key Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting: Research and build verified lead lists of decision-makers in US and international markets (Supply Chain, Procurement, Healthcare).
Multi-Channel Outreach: Execute daily cold email campaigns (30/day) and outbound calling (20–30 calls/day) to initiate business discussions.
Target: Consistently secure a minimum of 1 qualified presentation or sample data test per week.
Social & Content Support:



Support LinkedIn social selling, on-page SEO tasks, and technical blog distribution.

What We’re Looking For
Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven success in outbound B2B sales/lead generation targeting US or global clients.
Communication: Exceptional spoken and written English; highly confident over the phone.
Tools: Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email prospecting tools.
Mindset: A persistent "hunter" mentality with a robust track record of meeting meeting-booking quotas.
