Role Description
Source, screen,



and interview Officers and Ratings across vessel types (e.g., Tankers, Bulk Carriers, Containers, Offshore).
Verify sea service records, CDC, CoC , STCW certifications, and flag endorsements.
Conduct pre-employment reference checks and evaluate seafarer performance appraisals.
Maintain an active candidate pipeline and database to minimize vessel turnaround time.
This is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
2-5 years in crew coordination, crew documentation, or logistics in an RPSL-certified shipping/manning agency.
Managing full-cycle recruitment, crew planning, matrix compliance (e.g., OCIMF/SIRE for tankers), and Flag State operations.
