Role Description The Pilates Instructor role at Core & Calm is a full-time, on-site position based in Civil Lines, Delhi, India. The instructor will lead individual and group Pilates sessions, demonstrating proper technique, form, and alignment while adapting exercises to different abilities and goals. Daily responsibilities include preparing class plans, setting up and maintaining equipment, monitoring participant safety, and providing clear, encouraging instruction.



The role also involves greeting and supporting clients, answering questions about classes and memberships, and contributing to a calm, professional studio atmosphere. Instructors are expected to collaborate with the studio team on scheduling, client feedback, and program improvements to support a consistent, high-quality experience.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Pilates Instruction skills, including knowledge of core Pilates principles, techniques, and safe progressions.
Candidates should possess skills in Group Exercise leadership, with the ability to manage class dynamics and engage participants of varied fitness levels.
Candidates should possess an understanding of Physical Therapy or basic anatomy and body mechanics to support safe movement and modifications.
