This is a leadership-first role: you will set the technical direction, grow and mentor the team, drive delivery, and be the engineering counterpart to product, design, and client stakeholders. You will spend most of your time leading — architecture reviews, technical planning, mentorship, hiring, stakeholder alignment, and unblocking the team — while staying close enough to the code to make sharp, well-informed decisions.
