Source and screen candidates for Engineering requirements. Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment lifecycle. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. Requirements:5+ years of experience in US Staffing/Recruitment. Strong experience in Engineering Recruitment. Hands-on experience with Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Linked In Recruiter, Indeed, and other job portals. Positive understanding of W2, C2 C, and Direct Hiring. Experience working with VMS/MSP clients will be an added advantage. Excellent sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills. Solid communication and stakeholder management abilities.
