Hiring: Senior Oracle DBA (Banking Domain) | Mumbai | 6–10 Years Experience

We are looking for an experienced Senior Oracle Database Administrator (DBA) to join our team in Mumbai . The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Oracle Database administration, performance tuning, high availability solutions, and hands-on experience in the Banking/Financial Services domain .

Experience
6–10 years of relevant Oracle DBA experience Banking/Financial Services domain experience is mandatory Relevant Oracle Database experience: 6–8+ years Location : Mumbai (Work from Office)

Shift :
Must be willing to work in a 24x7 support environment

Key Responsibilities
Administer, monitor, and maintain Oracle Database environments. Perform database performance tuning at the query, database, and memory levels. Manage Oracle RAC, ASM, Data Guard, Golden Gate, Exadata, Backup & Recovery, and High Availability solutions. Implement and support Oracle Database High Availability and Disaster Recovery architectures. Monitor database health, troubleshoot issues,



and resolve performance bottlenecks. Support mission-critical production databases with high availability and minimal downtime. Manage escalated technical issues and drive timely resolution. Collaborate with Development and Infrastructure teams to resolve complex database issues. Identify opportunities for automation and proactive database improvements. Maintain database security and ensure compliance with enterprise standards.

Required Technical Skills
Solid experience with Oracle Database 11g, 12c, and newer versions. Expert knowledge of: Oracle RAC Oracle ASM Oracle Data Guard / Active Data Guard Oracle Golden Gate Oracle Exadata RMAN (Backup & Recovery) AWR/ASH Performance Diagnostics Oracle Partitioning Advanced Compression Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM 11g/12c/13c) Strong SQL and database performance tuning expertise.
