Role Description The Inside Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, engaging prospects, and converting qualified leads into customers for Airattix’s storage and fulfillment solutions.
The specialist will manage the sales pipeline, follow up on inquiries, conduct product demonstrations, and clearly explain platform features, pricing, and benefits. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, coordinating with operations and customer support teams, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for both hosts and users. The role also requires tracking performance metrics, gathering customer feedback, and contributing ideas to improve sales processes and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with experience nurturing prospects through the full sales cycle.
Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with the ability to build trust, handle objections, and resolve issues promptly.
Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
