About the Job
Denki Automation and Controls is looking for a Senior Automation Engineer with strong hands-on experience in PLC, HMI, SCADA and industrial automation, preferably with practical experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing applications.
The candidate will be responsible for automation programming, commissioning, troubleshooting and customer support for pharmaceutical process equipment and production lines.
Key Pharma Application Experience Required
The candidate should have hands-on experience with one or more of the following:
* Pharmaceutical Granulation Lines
* Process Vessels
* Manufacturing vessels
* Holding vessels
* Storage vessels
* Mixing vessels
* CIP/SIP-related automation
* Temperature, pressure, level and flow control
* Recipe and batch-process automation
* Agitator and pump control
* VFD and Servo applications
* Analog instrumentation and PID control
* Process sequencing and interlocks
* Alarm and event management
* Batch/recipe management
* HMI/SCADA-based process monitoring
* Develop and modify PLC programs for pharma process equipment and production lines.
* Develop HMI/SCADA screens, alarms, trends and recipes.
* Execute automation projects from programming through commissioning.
* Commission Granulation Lines and Process Vessel automation at customer sites.
* Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, VFD, Servo and instrumentation issues.
* Perform FAT, SAT and site commissioning.
* Understand and implement URS, FDS, control philosophy and process sequences.
