The Role
You'll be our first dedicated content and branding hire, and the engine behind our public voice. You'll turn our founder's and team's expertise into content that makes people stop, think, and reach out, and you'll shape how we look and sound everywhere. This is an AI-native role: you'll use the best AI tools to produce more, faster, and sharper, while keeping every piece unmistakably human and on-voice. You bring the craft and the systems. Our founder is deeply involved in strategy and substance, and you turn that raw input into a consistent,



compounding presence across our channels.

What You'll Do
Publish across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, and email: posts, threads, scripts, newsletters, and long-form articles.
Turn raw inputs (voice notes, sales-call insights, project wins, product releases) into a steady stream of on-voice content, using AI to accelerate drafting, ideation, and repurposing without losing authenticity.
Own repurposing: one webinar, case study, or long video becomes a week of posts, clips, and threads.
Shape and steward our brand: help define and maintain a consistent visual and verbal identity across every channel and asset.
Create branded assets (graphics, templates, decks, simple video) that make us instantly recognizable.
Write conversion copy for landing pages, product pages, and campaigns.
Manage and grow our presence on each platform: cadence, engagement, community replies, sparking real conversations.
