About us
Thrive Insights is an independent growth consultancy for founder-led ecommerce brands doing $1M+ in revenue. We are not an agency and we do not take media commissions, so our only incentive is making the numbers work for the brands we support. We work across the whole funnel: paid acquisition, offers and lead magnets, landing pages, email, and conversion rate optimisation. The work is hands-on and the feedback loop is fast.

The role

You will run performance marketing end to end across client accounts. Traffic is only half of it. You will also build the pages that traffic lands on, write the copy that carries it, and fix the leaks between click and checkout.

You are trusted to set your own roadmap. You are also expected to know, without being asked,



whether that roadmap is actually moving the account. This is a role for someone who thinks in hooks, angles, and offers, and checks their MER before getting attached to any of them.
The preference is a full-time contractor who grows with the consultancy and owns accounts properly over time. Strong freelancers with capacity for a consistent weekly commitment are welcome to apply too, so tell me which one you are looking for.

What you will do

Paid acquisition
Build, launch, and manage campaigns across Meta and Google, with structure decisions you can defend
Own the creative testing roadmap: concepts, angles, briefs for static, UGC, and video, then direct editors or creators to execution
Kill losers early, scale winners deliberately, and document what you learned either way

Conversion and CRO
Audit landing pages, product pages, and checkout flows for the friction that is costing revenue
Build and iterate landing pages, in page build
