We are hiring a Video Editor who makes people stop scrolling
We are looking for a Video Editor who asks "why would someone keep watching?"
What you will actually do
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media — Reels, TikToks, YouTube, LinkedIn
- Craft attention-grabbing hooks, pattern interrupts, and pacing that keeps viewers glued
- Think about viewer psychology — why do people scroll past? How do we stop them?
- Collaborate with our content team on video strategy and experiment with new formats
- Handle everything from rough cuts to polished final output
What we are looking for
- Robust editing skills in Premiere Pro, Capcut
- You understand how short-form content works — TikTok, Reels, Shorts are your playground
- You think about attention psychology — hooks, pacing,
storytelling, pattern interrupts
- You bring ideas, not just execute tasks. You have strong opinions about what works
- You are comfortable working remotely and communicating async
- You are eager to learn and grow — this is an intern role with a real path to full-time
How to apply
Record a 2-minute Loom walking us through a video you edited that performed well. Tell us: What was the hook? Why did you edit it that way? What would you change if you had to do it again? We want to see how you think about attention and send it to
