Must have good written and verbal communication skills Experience in creating detailed documents (SOP's, spreadsheets, flow & process diagrams) Configuration and Maintaining Cisco Router and Switches Experience with wireless technologies (Juniper MIST/Cisco Wireless preferred) Experience in Monitoring Logs in Splunk Experience and coordinating with Cisco TAC Engineers for Advance Troubleshooting Experience with voice technologies desired Network & Security configuration management Technologies configuration & troubleshooting connectivity issues involving, VLAN, SDWAN, MPLS, Cradle-point, Broadband DIA, Wireless and OSPF, BGP, STP, EtherChannel protocols Robust coordination experience in on-call support and bridge call handling Strong L2 troubleshooting skills across switches, routers, and wireless technologies
